We are proud to be working alongside our client to find the best Data Analyst and/ or Software Development Apprenticeship Trainers to join their business. The business has changed its approach to apprenticeship delivery over the last year and with glowing reviews from their clients have decided to push forward with their model into 2021. The trainer’s role will include 3 days training/ tutoring and 2 days assessing and project setting. You will be responsible for delivering and improving training programmes, conducting starting point skills assessments, executive training and developing materials as required. You will operate as a programme specialist in the structure and design of specific apprenticeship programmes, whilst being responsible for marking and providing constructive feedback on projects to the apprentice to get them ready for EPA. The role will be based at one of the clients’ offices: Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham or London so you must be within close proximity to one of these locations from where you will deliver remotely to apprenticeship learners. You will be joining a fantastic team with established trainers already within the business. Salary ranges between £35K and £50K (depending on experience). So, if you’re looking for a move or a change in scenery and want to work with a highly successful apprenticeship provider, apply now Key Duties - Delivering and facilitating training, coaching and mentoring that encourages accelerated learning and results in new knowledge and skills applied into the workplace. - Coaching, supporting and mentoring all apprentices to ensure they have acquired the technical skills and knowledge to achieve the standard requirements through classroom, online and remote delivery training. - Monitoring and reviewing learner welfare on a regular basis, taking any necessary action to limit the number of early leavers from the programme. - Planning and Managing the teaching and mentoring to retain apprentices. - Managing and completing both business and personal administration within given timescales i.e. delegate satisfaction results, expenses, review documents, reports etc. - Upskilling learner’s knowledge regarding Safeguarding, Prevent and Equality of Opportunity rights and responsibilities. - Contributing to wider team projects and in particular, supporting the development of new programme curriculum. - Working with the employer to set projects for the apprentice - Marking of apprentice’s projects and providing constructive feedback - Manage apprentices so they enter gateway in a timely manor - Ensuring the apprentices are developing a portfolio of evidence in line with the EPAO requirements and assessment plans - Any other duties commensurate within the role
