As Leadership Development & Apprenticeship Coordinator you will enable that to happen. Working within a team you will coordinate the delivery of high-quality training, apprenticeships and leadership development opportunities across the Care and Education Divisions, ensuring we develop a skilled and competent workforce and meet the regulatory and statutory requirements in accordance with the People Strategy. From leadership inductions and development programs through to apprenticeships and qualifications, you will be the face of the Leadership & Careers Team delivering a high level of customer service and administrative coordination to our Services. Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Leadership & Careers Team. Be the first point of call for all Leadership & Careers queries providing excellent customer service. Plan and schedule all Leadership and Careers training activities in partnership with Leadership Development Trainer and Leadership and Careers Manager. Ensure all logistical arrangements for training sessions are in place, including venues, materials, and equipment. Monitor and report on Group training engagement and feedback for apprenticeships and leadership development activities. Monitor the attendance of training events, reporting on activities to support the Leadership & Careers Manager when making decisions on the viability of sessions. Use internal communication platforms to promote learning and development opportunities. Promote and administrate apprenticeship enrolments, liaising with apprenticeship providers. Provide ongoing administrative support and guidance to staff throughout their learning and development journey. Support with the creation and maintenance of L&C and Apprenticeship processes and procedures, recommending opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide support for L&C initiatives and projects assigned by the Leadership & Careers Manager. Liaise with apprenticeship providers, apprentices, and line managers to ensure outstanding support throughout their learning journey. Monitor apprentice progress and address any issues or challenges that arise. Administrate our online learner management systems, monitoring queries and ensuring the efficient use of systems within the organisation. Support with the administrative tasks of claiming qualification funds. Support with the management of the Leadership & Careers budget, including the apprenticeship levy fund. Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits as required. Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Foster a positive and supportive environment for apprentices within the organisation. Manage the leadership and careers inbox effectively. Complete additional tasks as assigned.
