Entry Level IT Support Analyst - Windows, AD - Wigan Entry Level IT Support Analyst / IT Apprentice / 1st Line Service Desk Support This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to get into IT to join a team as an entry level service desk analyst. Working in a team of Analysts, you will be the first point of contact for any software/ hardware related issues. They are looking for candidates who can work in fast paced environments and who want to learn and develop where possible. Background wise, you will have worked in customer service based roles before and may have also done some IT courses with some basic skills in Windows or Active Directory. Full training will be given however, this role is for the right person, someone who wants to learn and is driven with great communication skills . Salary offered will depend upon experience.
