Each year this East London secondary school take on a handful of Graduates who are who are eager to gain invaluable paid school experience as Graduate Teaching Assistants. The Graduates support pupils with SEN and get the opportunity to gain paid experience for the full academic year - September - July. At the end of the academic year you would have gained great school experience and 80% of our Graduates then go on to do their teacher training. The school are looking for Graduates who have an interest in potentially becoming a secondary school teacher in the future and have gained some form of recent experience with young people. You may have gained this experience a number of ways such as voluntary school work, tutoring, sports coaching, voluntary work, youth centre work….
