As a Graduate Teaching Assistant with GSL Education, you will: Assist primary school teachers in planning and delivering dynamic, engaging lessons. Provide tailored support to primary school students, aiding their understanding of complex concepts and fostering academic excellence. Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration. Collaborate with fellow educators to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources tailored to primary education. Contribute to the holistic development of young students, nurturing their social and emotional well-being.To thrive in this role, we are seeking candidates who: Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, with a focus on primary education. Are available for work Monday to Friday during primary school hours. Demonstrate a proactive, energetic, kind, and caring approach to working with primary school students. Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service (or are willing to undergo the process with us).
