Are you a psychology graduate that would like to join a mental health charity? They have won awards for being a great place to work (Investors in People). Its hybrid, with more a focus on home (3 days home, and 2 days office). The aim of the role is to support people with mental health support needs into employment. Referrals come from the NHS. And you will typically have around 4 - 5 meetings a day (usually on Teams) which will be a combination of assessing them / and putting in a plan.
