By Year 3, you should be on track to earn over £100k what is driving you to go out and earn this money? Money we offer a 22k basic salary which rises as you hit promotion targets. The commission is lucrative, up to 30%, and totally uncapped. Realistically most consultants will achieve £40k in Year 1, £60k in Year 2, £80-100k Year 3 with top consultants exceeding this. Meritocracy hard work is recognised the more you put in, the more you get out (money, promotions/opportunities, incentives and perks). Progression a career here is structured. You hit your target, you get promoted. Its that simple.
