Working with various teams within the business to help improve performance and efficiencies. What do we look for? This is a really exciting rotational role in a vital, developing and fast-paced area of the business. A successful graduate candidate will: Demonstratean appetite to learn Show good/developing commercial and numerical acumen Have strong analytical skills with a great attention to detail Be an effective communicator and presenter verbal and written Be organised and able to manage own time effectively Challenge the status quo to come up with new ways of working Understand the bigger picture whilst dealing with the essential detail Demonstrate high standards around data confidentiality and compliance Have a high attention to detail Supporting your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver. What do we require? Essential Minimum of a 2:2 degree qualification a data or numerical focused degree would be beneficial Excellent IT skills including use of Microsoft Office applications Self-assured and reliable being able to demonstrate confidence in your own knowledge, skills, and experience Data and number skills Experience of working collaboratively Desirable SQL knowledge Experience of working such as a part time job, volunteer role or year in industry This role is a September 2023 start.
