Collaborate with teaching staff to assess students' progress and development. Requirements: A university degree (any subject) - a passion for education is key No prior child-based experience is required, but it is preferred. A valid DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one). Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to helping students succeed.
