Your career development begins the moment you join Asquith.

All our staff complete a four week induction programme, which provides them with a valuable introduction to the company, your nursery, and your specific role.

At the end of these four weeks, a personal development plan is formed with the support of the Nursery Manager, and this then creates the basis for further training and progression within the company.

Your career and professional development is important both to you and to the company. At Asquith, we help you to progress by working in close partnership with you.

Our nurseries have specialist training advisors who guide you through your induction and further training. All our staff benefit from open communication channels, with monthly staff meetings, unit planning meetings, one-to-one meetings and an annual appraisal scheme.
