Our client, a well-respected, regional Property Consultancy, are seeking a Graduate to join them to work within their Agency & General Practice team, based in their Farnham office, focusing on a range of commercial property. The Graduate Surveyor, will be working on a range of professional, agency and valuation work, operating directly alongside a chartered surveyor, while working towards completing the APC process to become MRICS qualified. Our client has a track record of helping individuals achieve chartered status. Graduate Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits Salary: £24k - £26k DOE (open to discussion for a candidate with experience) Holiday: 25 days plus BH Full APC support Mileage allowance Pension scheme Start date: ASAP / happy to flexible with notices, degree finishes etc. Free eye tests Funded professional subscriptions Cycle to work scheme Work funded social events (4 per year)- if desired Sporting opportunities (cricket, football, triathlon, running etc)- if desired Graduate Surveyor Position Overview Working on a range of general practice works including agency and professional work Direct support from senior members of the team Completing your APC diary and working towards MRICS status Operating mainly in the Surrey area Graduate Surveyor Position Requirements Graduated or be close to graduating in Real Estate or similar (RICS accredited).
