Secondary Graduate Teaching Assistant Starting date: ASAP/ September 2024SECONDARY SCHOOL Full Time £84-£102 a day Location: Ealing Free CPD and Constant support with interviewing We are looking for a dynamic graduate who is looking to make a difference as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and ideally be looking to teach in the near future.You will be working closely with the SEN department working closely with students who need additional support so any prior experience is highly desired. Role Summary Your role will be to provide support either in-class, 1:1 tuition or to small groups of students with varying abilities, you will be encouraging and supporting individual pupils to reach their full potential whilst demonstrating a creative and determined attitude that will help motivate studentsYou will be directly supporting the students, as well as helping to organise the teaching and learning resources available to students and staff.
