Headmasters Apprentices are trained to NVQ3 the highest out of any salon group. Learn your craft from some of the best hairdressers in the industry and work with a sociable friendly, successful team. Our Apprenticeship programme means you earn money whilst you learn your trade and will receive recognised City & Guilds qualifications at the end of your training. We guarantee you a job once you have completed.

Our Experience/ Expertise:
All Headmasters course's are personally taught by or team of qualifies Assessors and the award winning Art Team. With a wealth of experience from editorial shoots with Elle magazine, ID and The Sunday Times Style to prestigious events including London, Paris & Milan Fashion Week they will inspire and strengthen you as well as improve confidence and knowledge.
As a Headmasters Apprentice you can expect some things as standard, however we also provide:

Education is considered fundamental to our success and therefore our Apprentices are educated to the highest standards in hairdressing, customer care and personal development, so by choosing an apprenticeship with Headmasters you can expect:
Two years of fully funded training and support through your NVQ 2 and 3 Apprenticeship. Additional education and training days delivered by leading hair brands including Paul Mitchell, ghd, L'Oréal. A creative and motivational atmosphere, in a real life salon environment. Welcome training days for all team members. In house Awards celebrating your success including the Headmasters Photographic Awards and Colour Heroes Awards Opportunity to enter industry wide competitions Attend the Headmasters Revealed course which includes two weeks of technical education before you go onto your NVQ level 3.
We offer all staff continual development and once you have graduated to the floor, the opportunities for more education continue. Our management teams will take the time to discover your personal and professional ambitions and work with you to map out a future with a common path. You could rise through the ranks to become one of our high earning hair professionals, join our award winning Artistic Team, become an Educator in our salons or an NVQ Assesser in our Academies or inspire others as a manager or franchisee.
