Notable Attractions

As well as Swansea Bay which draws people in with its expansive, idyllic views, the National Waterfront Museum is a major attraction in the city. It's free entry, focusing on the history of Wales' role in the Industrial Revolution. Also considering Swansea's maritime heritage, the museum displays interactive technology alongside objects from its industrial, maritime and mining histories.

For further history, you can visit Swansea Museum or the castle, or alternatively the city's range of parks and beaches are ideal for quiet days out.
