We started as learnpurple in 2001; identifying a solution was required to combat the high labour turnover within hospitality and retail organisations. We've come a long way since then and in 2013 became Purple Cubed – taking a more strategic approach to the 'people stuff': attraction, engagement and retention.

Career Opportunities & Training:
We're looking for the perfect match to join the team, rigorously performing software tests and ensuring applications in production environments are of the highest quality. We'll teach you all you need to know to learn how to become a software developer, moving into a junior developer role in 12-18 months – depending on how quickly you complete your learning.
