These teaching assistant position are ideal for graduate's supporting pupils at Key Stages 3 and 4. It will be whole class support, small groups and 1:1 work. The school achieves fantastic results and is well resourced and has excellent facilities. These posts can be offered on a part time basis 3 days a week to start ASAP. Teaching Assistant Responsibilities: Working with and supporting students who require additional support in the classroom Providing academic support, either one-on-one or in a small group. Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture and providing emotional support when needed. Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment. Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage focus.
