Graduate Design Engineer

White Label is working exclusively with an engineering company in Keighley that requires a Graduate Design Engineer with Solidworks experience. This role would suit a recent graduate with at least 12 months of industry experience. You will be working as part of a tight-knit team to design innovative new products and redesign some existing models. My client operates a relaxed environment where engineers work closely together to ensure project timelines are met and the company meets its objectives. The day-to-day role of the Design Engineer will involve Concept design drawings for the new product range Working alongside Senior Engineers to create new products / re-design existing products Create BOM, design to manufacturing/production models on SolidWorks Detail drawings Occasional site visits Experience required of the Design Engineer You must have experience using Solidworks (A Solidworks CAD test will be involved in the interview process) Sheet Metal/Fabrication experience would be an advantage Package/Benefits A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience 23 days holiday bank holidays Pension Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 5 pm with 30 minutes lunch and 8:30 – 4 pm on Friday.
