This is a full time role, with opportunities for Teacher Training. You will be working across a Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics Department, supporting KS3-5 lessons, while having a focus on attainment & the quality of learning. This is the perfect opportunity if you're an aspiring STEM Teacher looking to gain experience before enrolling onto paid teacher training. JOB DESCRIPTION - STEM Graduate STEM Graduate Secondary Teaching Assistant (Subject dependent) Working across KS3-5 with a focus on raising attainment Carrying out GCSE & A Level interventions September 2025 Start - Full Time Unqualified Teacher Salary - £27,000 - £34,000 Located in Hertfordshire PERSON SPECIFICATION - STEM Graduate Must have a desirable degree from the above subjects from a reputable University Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum You must be able to engage and motivate the students Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout!
