This role is entry level and we will give you all the tools you need to make a success in the industry. You will be involved in:- Sourcing candidates Ensuring we have a leading social media presence Submitting candidates to roles nationwide Ensuring our candidates are safeguarded for each role. You will learn all aspects of recruitment giving you the opportunity to learn the best ways to become a top performer. The ideal person will be:- A recent Graduate with some work experience in a Customer Service or Sales environment. Someone who is confident on the phone. Most of this role involves being on the phone and we want you to use these transferable skills with us. Knows the right way to engage people in conversation – this role is all about developing relationships.
