You must have: A growth mindset Good energy A determination to be successful A "can do" attitude A track record of success in a commercial environment or position of responsibility Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - What you'll be doing: Building strong business relationships with clients Using sales techniques to build a pipeline of vacancies Using the phone, email and social media to build a reputation in your market Writing job advertisements Sourcing the best candidates in the market for your vacancies Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - What's in it for you?
